Structure

Introduction
SN-38 (7-ethyl-10-hydroxycamptothecin) is the active metabolite of Irinotecan (CPT-11). SN-38 has been found to be 200–2000 times more cytotoxic than CPT-11, but has not been used as an anticancer drug due to its poor solubility in pharmaceutically acceptable solvents and low affinity to lipid membranes.

Introduction
SU11274 is a potent and selective inhibitor of Met kinase with IC50 value of 10nM. It shows high selectivity toward Met kinase versus a serine/threonine kinase, cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2), or other receptor tyrosine kinases, including epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and platelet-derived growth factor receptor β (PDGFRβ).
